FC DuraPro™ Mill Liner Products

FC ProLiner™ Mill Liner Products

This alloy formulation provides excellent abrasion resistance, dependable corrosion resistance, and medium impact toughness—ideal for autogenous, rod, and ball mill applications.

FC WearPro™ Mill Liners
FC WearPro™ liners are manufactured from martensitic tool steels produced to ASTM International specifications. This alloy provides good abrasion resistance, solid corrosion performance, and dependable toughness, making WearPro™ a practical choice for SAG mill applications that experience steady wear and moderate impact.
WearPro™ components are commonly used in SAG feed end liners, discharge end liners, and chute liners. In certain applications, this alloy can serve as a substitute for chrome-molybdenum steel to help maintain consistent wear performance and increase component wear life.
